SYNOVA® FORKLIFT BATTERY CHARGERS
Synova® is the charger line featured by Lift Trucks USA for industrial battery charging. Charger selection should be based on the battery technology, voltage, capacity, connector and electrical service available at the facility.
APPLICATION OVERVIEW
A replacement charger is not a universal accessory. The battery nameplate, battery chemistry, voltage and Ah capacity should be matched to an approved charging profile. Facility input voltage, phase and available amperage also need to be checked before installation.
For a charger quote, send a photo of the battery nameplate, existing charger nameplate and facility electrical information when available.
FITMENT INFORMATION TO PROVIDE
Send the equipment make/model, current battery voltage and Ah rating, battery compartment dimensions, connector details, shift profile and delivery ZIP code. For chargers, also provide facility input voltage and phase.
WHY SYSTEM MATCHING MATTERS
Battery, charger and truck compatibility should be verified as a system. Incorrect voltage, charging profile, connector arrangement, battery weight or physical dimensions can prevent a replacement from working correctly even when the battery technology appears similar.
