NexSys® TPPL Blocs provide compact sealed TPPL power for smaller traction and industrial applications where flexible charging and reduced maintenance are important.
APPLICATION OVERVIEW
Bloc batteries are used differently from large forklift traction batteries, so correct fitment depends on the equipment model, battery tray or compartment, terminal arrangement and required energy. Send the existing battery label and equipment model for a more accurate comparison.
FITMENT INFORMATION TO PROVIDE
Send the equipment make/model, current battery voltage and Ah rating, battery compartment dimensions, connector details, shift profile and delivery ZIP code. For chargers, also provide facility input voltage and phase.
WHY SYSTEM MATCHING MATTERS
Battery, charger and truck compatibility should be verified as a system. Incorrect voltage, charging profile, connector arrangement, battery weight or physical dimensions can prevent a replacement from working correctly even when the battery technology appears similar.
