NEXSYS® TPPL BATTERIES
NexSys® TPPL batteries use thin plate pure lead technology for material-handling fleets that want fast or opportunity charging without the watering associated with traditional flooded lead-acid batteries.
APPLICATION OVERVIEW
TPPL can be a strong fit where equipment has predictable breaks for charging and the operation wants to reduce conventional battery-room tasks. Correct sizing still depends on truck model, energy use, voltage, compartment dimensions and charger compatibility.
Before converting an existing truck, confirm battery weight requirements and the charger input power available at the site.

Send the equipment make/model, current battery voltage and Ah rating, battery compartment dimensions, connector details, shift profile and delivery ZIP code. For chargers, also provide facility input voltage and phase.
WHY SYSTEM MATCHING MATTERS
Battery, charger and truck compatibility should be verified as a system. Incorrect voltage, charging profile, connector arrangement, battery weight or physical dimensions can prevent a replacement from working correctly even when the battery technology appears similar.
